  1. Developed Brand Copy Guidelines to define a consistent and fresh new style, tone, and voice for any/all consumer-facing content at Holiday Inn Club, replacing a stiff and overly formal style with a warm and welcoming, conversational messaging tone. Heavy-lifting copy included translating complex timeshare information for an easy-to-read Become a Member web section, an "unprecedented" post-COVID Safe Travels program, and all-new, compelling resort descriptions for 28 destination landing pages.

  2. Wrote a wide variety of triggered, audience-specific email journeys, offer-centric website landing pages, and targeted direct mailers for Sears Home Services, highlighting available benefits, products, services and explaining complex details in "human speak." 

  3. Created concept boards, scripts, talking points and production guides for twice a week YouTube content on Walt Disney World's "Best Day Ever" platforms, like video treatments for Disney Channel talent which resulted in content with multi-million views (Dove & Sofia Disney Villain Hunt hit 16M+ views), episodic talk shows for subscribers (like Friends Hanging Out), the Webby Awards Nominee comedic viral video short "Tiny Hamster Goes to Disney World", and high overall channel traffic & engagement.

  1. Developed Join the Well Vacationed 

  2. Concepted and oversaw the creation hundreds of social media assets, interactive experiences, and original video content at Walt Disney World Resort including XYZ

Led holistic multimedia evolution at Holiday Inn Club, producing thousands of new photo and video assets (exclusively featuring real families versus talent) and a new, formalized production approach, multimedia shoot footprint, pre-production bible format, and the sourcing / supervision of vendor partners. Won 2022 ARDA Award for Video of the Year.
